Appalling service.

Very disappointed at the appalling service. Outstanding claim over a month now still unresolved. The service has really deteriorated from what I used to know. Worst part is lack of feedback. Not once have I received a call for updates unless I call to trigger them. I've been calling and unable to speak to relevant persons. I've requested callback but nothing so far. So I don't even know what is happening. It's like they completely not bothered. I don't think their agents understand the value of a customer. They are dragging the company down.
