appalling service by miway

i had an accident on the 9th of January and lodged a claim with miway as my insurer. the service has been shocking and disgusting-dubious and ******* findings by the assessor, wrong vehicle description, references made about the vehicle tyres being rated to travel at speeds of more than 300km/h, different tyre thread readings by assessor and so called expert on suspicious report clearly calculated to prejudice my claim. very disgusted and shocked no wonder my friends and colleagues always warned me about miway
