Appalling Service

Horrible, horrible service from Miway!! I submitted a third party claim with Miway around 12 September and I'm still waiting for their decision despite the fact that their driver confirmed hitting my vehicle at the back on the accident report. Miway legal representative is very arroganr when I do the follow up on the case let alone the fact that she only communicates on emails once a day. I have never had such an appalling service
