Appalling Service

<p>I Spoke to one the consultants at the call cntr last month and advised her to cancel the policy as I nolonger own the car. The debit order went off again on the 27th and i called again and asked for it to be cancelled, the advisor said she cant put me through case the department is busy and that someone will call me when ever. This is not acceptable you better believe when I get another car I will not be using MiWay. You better make sure that this debit order is cancelled ASAP as reversing your charges is damaging my credit scoring.</p>
