Appalling Service

Over promise under deliver. I live in a 3 storey flat. And a pipe that runs to my water mains burst. I called miway to get them to call someone out they told me they would call me back they didn't I called them numerous times all they did was make excuses eventually they call me at 7pm to tell me they can't help me I must find someone to come out and do the repair. Instead of helping me Vusisiwe who is apparently the manager on duty argued with me instead of sorting my problem. I have an 8 month old baby and require fresh water for her I can not use water that I have stored. Vusisiwe told me to close the mains and open the mains again whenever I need to use the water. Miways customer service is beyond putrid and they always cannot solve your problems this is the second time they could not assist me. Really disgusted by this
