Appalling Service, 2 months later, no settlement in sight!!

After two months of waiting for a settlement of a written off car. After a call from a Regional Manager to intervene. After providing the latest settlemt letter. After being told the process will take another 2-3 business days. Upon follow up, I am told the person responsible for the account was booked off and the settlement has expired and I must get another settlement letter.

I fail to understand how a straight forward claim could take two months to settle?

How is it that when one person is not at work, the claims process comes to a stand still?

I have lost over R30k in revenue as a result of this complete incompetence!
