Appalling and Shameful service miWay Insurance!!!

I have had the most shocking experience with MiWay Insurance. I used to be those clients who would go as far as recommending MiWay Insurance to friends and family...NOT ANY MORE!!! MiWay's claims advisor one Mr Vuyo Vel made an error in so far as my excess payable was concerned, an error which has since prejudiced me financially. In good faith I had hoped that the matter would be resolved speedily and amicably. To my surprise I am being sent from pillar to post (3 weeks now) with MiWay Insurance staff seemingly being disinterested. This is appalling considering that they are just too eager to take monthly payments but fall very short of the mark when it comes to them delivering a service as per agreement.
