Appalling

I am extremely disappointed by the way in which MiWay conducts business.

I did a comparative quote with Shaafiq last week Friday, 22 October 2021. The agreement was that I will not commit to anything beyond a premium of R2800. He assured that is the case, I get the shock of my life to see that it is R3000+.

I called two days ago to cancel and I was told to do the review. The agent, Nushka promised to call me back to confirm everything after review but lo and behold, I never received the call.

I find that your agents have displayed a lack of ethics by making promises they can’t keep. How can an agent be so dishonest by signing off something I did not agree to. My account was debited and that has affected my credit score and I have incurred bank charges of which I know MiWay will not pay back.
