Appalled by MiWay's handling of my claim

I have been a MiWay client since 2013 and and this is my first time claiming in 7 years but I am appalled at the way my claim is being handled.

It has been over a month and my vehicle is still not fixed and from what the assigned panel beater is telling me, it doesn't look like the correct items will be fixed/replaced.

Every time I call I obviously get through to a different person, so there isn't really follow through on the previous conversation.
