APPALING SERVICE FROM MIWAY
Why is it so difficult to cancel a policy with this company ?.I have made phone calls to them to no avail.As soon as you inform their call centre that a policy needs to be cancelled,they put you on hold and never come back.Even their chat facility is not assisting.I am not used to this appaling lack of service.When one needs to cancel a policy with any other insurance company,it takes a few minutes.Miway does not even respond to e-mails.
