App not working

I have been having problems logging in on my Miway app. I then called their client service number and the lady I spoke to said she will log a ticket with their IT department and get back to me - it has been 2 months now still facing the same problem. When I need information or docs now I have to call instead of using the app. I’m disappointed that I can’t get things done at my fingertips like everybody else
