anyone in the claims department or who even cares?

I sustained a head injury during the hijacking and will have a decent sized scar on my forehead that will remind me of that day forever, I contacted Miway once I had left the hospital. <br> <br> It took several minutes to get hold of someone, the last thing you want is to wait and wait whilst you are the victim of a violent crime on the phone to speak to your insurance company to get the claim process going. <br> When I was questioned about the incident, David my apparent claims adviser who I have not heard of again yet I have emailed all documents he required and called twice to get feedback from questioned me as if I was the ********...... and looking for how I felt any reason why Miway should not process my claim because clearly leaving your house on the morning to go to work and then been hijacked at gun point and bashed around with a gun is due to your negligence. <br> <br> Apparently it will take 7-21 days to resolve the claim. After being through anything traumatic, hijacking or car accident, no one wants to wait for that period to get their life on track again. You would think Miway would deal with these unpleasant situations with more care and speedily. BTW still no feedback from Miway.
