Any reason not to pay a claim

I have a business vehicle and my driver for into an accident, because the accident had happened within 3 months, Miway says I must pay an additional R5000 making it R10000 total excess. I asked for the sales call and all the sales consultant says is that the excess is R5000 and additional excess apply. What additional excesses is not specified and not even directly pertaining to the accident excess, it could have been talking about theft excess etc. This was vague and misleading marketing and had I known I would not have taken the policy as in my decade of insurance I have never ever been asked an additional excess even if the claim was the same day as the sale. This is unacceptable as from the day I submitted the claim the claim adviser (Anel) was very rude and looking for any reason to not pay the claim, please listen to the call. This is not the way to treat business client and I will be sure to let Uber partners know the service I received.
