ANY OTHER INSURER IS BETTER THAN MIWAY

I honestly regret choosing this as my car insurers in the first place. My car was in a minor accident during the first week of February 2022. I had to drive my damaged car to the assessor there were at no point given the consideration that further damage could result from this.

You appointed an assessor that did not even check the steering and only took photos of the superficial/aesthetic damage on my car. I informed them of the steering damage, they did not bother to test that for themselves.

You insisted the damaged steering and suspension be repaired by Proline panelbeaters, Wynberg - a panel beater with notorious bad reviews. I received NO JOY and my car has not even been returned to me yet, AFTER 4 months. You app**** no pressure during this time to get my car to the state prior to the accident. You do not follow-up with your service provider as to the state of affairs. I am currently R8000 per month out of pocket in vehicle rental fees and this can simply NOT continue.

When do you intend resolving my vehicle issue with the sub-standard service provider, of your choice??? Why must I continue to pay my insurance premium if my car has disappeared off the radar as your service provider,Proline panelbeaters are not bringing my car to light. I have been promised four 4 weeks now that my vehicle is ready for collection, just to receive sms after sms to postpone the pick-up date. What am I to do?? Should I go and report my car ****** by yourselves and your service provider???
