Another Successful Call

I spoke to a lady last week who helped me reduce the amount I am paying each month. I realized later that she had increased the excess that I would need to pay. So I called back and spoke to Vuyiswa Cele. She assisted me with restoring the Excess amount back to R2500 (I still don't understand why I have to pay excess) :) and reducing the amount.
