Another Miway *******

I had the misfortune of being involved in an motor vehicle accident with a client of Miway. I do not have insurance so I had to do a third party claim with Miway. The legal advisor assigned to the claim one Prenisha Naidoo complained to the lady from the claim specialists I hired to help me process the claim saying that " I was annoying". I am of the firm belief that, that influenced the outcome of the claim. I believe Miway has very poor customer service and total and utter incompetence. I would also like to state that they wrote off my car a 2005 Ford Fiesta at a salvage cost of R20 000. Incidentally the other third party claimant the owner of a 1999 Bmw was written off for the exact same amount. Just another Miway *******.
