However, Dorcus Mathibakos professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations.<br> <br> I was the early today 29/04/2016 at 12:05 for a vehicle inspection and Kabelo Mohlala was not helpful, I even felt that can I get someone else to assist me.<br> <br> When I got to my office I called your call center ***just to do a follow up call on my inspection for my new vehicle. All what I needed to be updated was not done and guess who I was speaking to Dorcus. She updated my details and managed to get me a best deal on my premiums from her team leader. <br> <br> Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended.
