Another customer lost

I recently gave MiWay 5 stars for how one of their employees assisted me, he deserved it but I’m just not sure about others. I lodged a claim (ages ago)for a tyre burst and scratches (under one insurance) but the lady that was assisting me insisted I do separate claims as “they don’t cover tyres” even after I had told her that both rims and tyres and scratches and dents are under one cover. Today I’m told that I have to pay 2 excesses for those claims because it’s separate claims. I might have to cancel the stupid insurance after this😡
