Annual review ****

I called Miway as I received my annual review pricing, not only did my insurance go up by more than 17% when CPI in South Africa is less than 6% I first spoke to a consultant named Mandla, who was reviewing my policy who advised he is going to call me back. I never received the call back. Later on in the evening , I get another email from Miway to advise that my policy has further been increased without Concent! So from R438 the policy went to R530 then it when to R590!!!! I called back this morning to speak to a senior consultant who advised that she can only get me better premiums if I reduce my cover or services offered. My car is a year older - 8 years old to be exact however they want to charge me 20% + more. miway service is pathetic and I would rather advise people to find alternative insurance.
