Annual price review

After having been a loyal client who did not skip any premium since 2014, I was penilised for having had to claim to repair my vehicle. It was minor scratches but costed the insurance more than they anticipated. Boom, my profile was *****ed and during the annual review, MiWay increased my premium by over R300-00. I contested this and Thabiso Letsoela assisted me so much. He even got hold of his manager to intervene and make sure that the annual increase does not collapse my pocket. With his assistance and patience, over R200-00 was cut-off from the proposed new premium. He even went further to make sure that the following month I will pay half of what I will be paying in the next 11 months during the new premium.
