Annual Premium Review - Very Happy
I recently received my annual policy review from Miway and was not happy to find that I would be paying a significantly increased premium going forward. As a result, I contacted 3 other vehicle insurers and planned to move should I receive a better quote for my two vehicles.
I then phoned the Miway call center and was assisted by Palesa Kele. She explained the premium increase in a professional manner that was easy to understand and took my concerns in to consideration. After discussing why I still didn't believe that the premium hike was justified Palesa offered to find a solution that would make me as a client happy.
After going through my policy together we managed to come to an agreement which saw my premium increase only marginally with no adjustments to any excesses.
All in, I can only say thank you to the Miway guys for making me a happy customer once again. Keep up the good work.
