I received my annual premium review and was shocked to see that my premium was going up close on 20%. I called the MiWay contact centre and spoke to Sibahle who was extremely friendly and helpful and adjusted the rate to suit my pocket. Thanks Sibahle, you have retained a very satisfied client, kudos to you!!!
