Annual increase struggle

<p>Every year i have to fight and struggle with Miway. I opted for a low excess of R1600 to ensure that I can pay the excess at claim stage and as a result I have been paying a higher payment every single month. Last year they increased my excess to R3000/R3500 as well as my premium increased. After a lot of frustration and fighting my excess was taken down to R1600 again and my premium brought into line. This year again my excess has been increased to their new standard of R4250 and once again my premium went up by about R200.00. I would have been better off just accepting a higher access from the start with lower premiums than having to resort to fighting every single year.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />They are definately not concerned about doing insurance your way...</p>
