ANNUAL INCREASE HORROR

<p>I recently got my annual increase schedule for being a year with Miway, naturally i fully understand annual increases come into play but at the same time my vehicle's value decreases and in this regard i disagree with paying a higher premiun when my vehicle is actually worth less than it was last year. I then called Miway on Saturday the 06/08/2016 and spoke with someone who kept trying to explain over and over trying to justify why its okay for the premium to increase. Intially i was told when took out my policy, by the guy who assisted me that when i receive the annual increase letter to call in otr go online and re view my policy as my vehicle will then decrease in value. Saturday asking that very question the lady who answered my called told me, Miway will not be wiling to relook at my policy (in not so many words) at this point, i feel they sweet talk you and make everything more rosy when trying to get you to join them when they actually have you. The previous insurance i was with had indeed reviewed my policy and my premium dropped. I feel i have to make changes once again, as i dont feel as a customer my needs are met with Miway. I cannot believe, this is the way the do business and moving now would probably be the best bet for me.</p>
