Annoyed at lack of communication and service delivery from claims

Thabiso has really caused me to not recommend Miway anymore. It took a week for him to not register my claim, I eventually called in and then only could he attend to it. I have now been waiting for a month for the salvage team to uplift my broken television but he fails to respond to my emails.

If no one uplifts it this week I will be getting rid of it myself as I have explained my situation to him, not like he cared.
