ANGRY 3RD PARTY CLAIM

I feel how they handled my claim was totally unfair. The insurance only considered there clients statement without getting my full story of the claim, then all of a sudden there was a witness which I didnt see on the time of the accident. The consultant who dealt with my claim was soo rude and impatient. I was told i have to fix there clients car while there client was at fault and had alcohol in his car... *FURIOUS*
