It's a Sunday afternoon, and when I came out of a shopping centre, ready to leave, my car wouldn't start. I phoned 24/7 assist, and Angeline Mbatha answered the phone. halfway through the call, I told her that I was running out of airtime so she promptly phoned me back. Her friendliness and helpfulness, as well as her empathy for me were genuine. 5 stars plus for Angeline Mbatha, thank you so much

He phoned me straight after Angie put the request out, and he was there in 5 minutes and sorted me out. Both of them are sterling people, and I was honestly blown away by the service from both of them.
