Angeline Mbatha , now this lady was exceptional . Today at 17:23 I phoned Miway telling Mrs Angeline Mbatha that I was stuck next to the highway without petrol . She immediately helped me and logged a call to Firsthelp to assist me , during the time of me standing next to the highway, she phoned me 3 times at 17:50 , 18:09 & 18:29 to find out if the gentleman from Firsthelp has arrived to assist me and if I was still oky . Everything she'd end the call with , "Good bey , I'll speak to you soon" . She made me feel extremely calm and assured me that help is on the way . I extremely impressed with how professional she was . Mrs Angeline Mbatha I just personally what to thank you for keeping me calm and and not making me feel more stupid then I already was feeling , and also to a current degree I felt save with you checking up and making sure I'm still oky .
