Andre Engelbrecht, what a pleasure during an unpleasant time!

Would like to give Andre Engelbrecht a HUGE thank you for assisting me during my claim. He went above and beyond to get me sorted when Murphy decided to show his face at me. Kept me updated the entire time, I do hope if I have the unfortunate task to have to claim again that he will assist me again, true customer service from the start and never had an issue to get in touch with him, speedy response, a lot of employees can learn a thing or two from him.
