Andile Hadebe was flexible moving between calls and WhatsApp to ensure all necessary info could be obtained and loaded. Despite the frustration of waiting for me to obtain info from the future driver of the vehicle, she was able to keep progressing and ensure the process was completed. Happy Friday to you all
