Anathi Ndum-ndum

I called MiWay to cancel my car insurance policy with them and was assisted by a lady by the name of Anathi Ndum-ndum. She asked me the reason for my cancellation, for which I gladly responded "got a better premium somewhere". She reminded me of how long I have been with MiWay and how MiWay regarded me as one of their valuable clients to lose hence she will see if she can match what I already had somewhere. I was sceptical at first but she did it. I was so happy because starting with a new insurer was already not sitting well with me since I've been with MiWay for almost 3 years now. Thanks Anathi and MiWay for looking so well after your clients. There's no way, I'm going to be leaving you guys!!!
