An hour I will never get back.. ever

So we purchased a new house and luckily can start moving boxes across to the unused attached cottage, would you think that setting up insurance for this would be quick and easy.. well after an hour on the phone and losing my cool 3 times it has ended nowhere... still in shock at how they cannot understand that moving these items will be a slow process and I cannot just add ****x to home one and then subtract it from my current house without leaving my self under insured... Give up:( and will look at changing after this complete waste of time
