An Excellent Agent

I would like compliment the miway agent I spoke to on the phone for the following reasons:<br> 1) She was very friendly and was very easy to trust.<br> 2) She was very clear in explaining the importance of each set of information<br> 3) She made feel that I am having insurance my way<br> 4) Zandile understands the products of miway, unlike other previous agents I have spoken to - she is very confident and I think she has every reason to.<br> 5) She called me after 6 pm, outside her working hours - she went an extra mile to make me happy and to keep her promise that she was going to call me.<br> 6) If Miway had 20 other Zandile's everyone will be using Miway in South Africa.<br> <br> I think Zandile should be used to train other call agents. She is good at what she does!
