An absolute star

<p>I normally dread contacting call centres because of the generally poor service we get from the other end of the line. Leticia on the other hand has proven me wrong. She was professional (yet emphathetic that i have a cold), well-spoken, she listens well... i could go on and on about her. I hope each time I call I speak to her because she is just so awesome. Thank you for the great service Leticia!!!</p>
