An Absolute pleasure to be working with Shane Chettiar
Good morning ,
I just want to Thank Shane Chettiar for handling our claim effectively, efficiently and professionally. Shane always called to follow up on the claim and had the most patience with me and my husband. Give this man a BELLS as I KUDOS him cause it was an absolute pleasure with him. Well Done Shane :-)

I was happy to give a review for Shane Chettiar however I cannot say the same about Shaun the Assessor that came out to view the fire that occurred at our home. We have been with MiWay for over 7 years and was very happy with the services I have received that I have referred my family , friends and colleagues to MiWay. After reviewing my policy and seen MiWay covers R15 000.00 for outbuildings I am only receiving R6 500 due to what can only be seen in the photo's sent to the Assessor after I have notified them all the valuables in the Wendy House that has burnt down.
I am very disappointed in the finalization of the claim and how it was handled and feel that why should one be paying for an insurance then.
