Amendments on the policy

I called in to get insurance cover for my new vehicle and the premuim was a tad high however I was transferred to Poeletso in the retentions department who worked on my cover and delivered nothing short of magic. Then i later spoke to Zandi and she was so friendly and asked all the necessary questions to ensure that i was not leaving any info behind and also helped me with the app for my phone. This is what i call great, excellent customer service. Keep flying the MiWay flag high ladies. You have a lifetime client in me. I'm very happy.
