Amended Quotation to avoid paying damages to my car

I am so disappointed in Miway with their service they changed a quotation of my car from autolab to avoid paying the damages of my vehicle they told me that the damages are within my access amount so they cant pay little did they know that auto lab will let me know with the initial quotation that they sent through to them when I went book my car to be fixed. Kgomotso Mathope was my claim advisor in this matter. So disappointed in my way I left Outsurance for them only to get this kind of filthy service.
