Amazing Work

On the 18th of Dec 2019 I moved my policy from the business to the personal side of Miway. I was happy with everything that was agreed on with the Sales Person as he went out of his way to try an give me the premium I deserved and one I would be happy with.

The issue came in Jan when I received a text informing me that the tracking device the car has is not compatible with the personal side of the business. I spoke to several consultants who promised to get the issue resolved but still it wasn’t, and I was getting frustrated by the day and disheartened. Then Mpho Makhene came in and took over the case, he did in an hour what everyone struggled with over 2 weeks (Listened to the call, found where they went wrong as a business and gave me feedback).

I am impressed by his work ethic, problem solving s****s and ability to empathise with me as a client. As it stands I know the next steps to getting the issue resolved and has been honest with me from the beginning.
