Amazing service from MiWays Sicelo!

This afternoon I received amazing service from MiWay's Sicelo Ngwenya. He was super friendly, very helpful, understanding and such a pleasure to deal with. My line was very very bad and it kept dropping the call, each time we lost connection he called back instantly, I found this act really helpful as with most agents this might have meant I had to call in again leading to me speaking with a different person and restarting the whole process.
