AMAZING service

<p>Good day.</p> <p>I would like to compliment you on the most fantastic service I received on Saturday 28/01/2017 <br />Teboho Thebehadi was the person responsible. I had a plumbing related issue. He advised me when the plumber should arrive, he followed up to find out if they have arrived.<br />I informed him that I was still waiting for them to arrive, he advised that he will call to follow up and let me know.<br />This process took place more than 4 times to which he kept following up and he constantly kept me informed on the progress. <br />The plumber was busy with another job and could not keep to the timelines stipulated to Teboho.<br />In the end the plumbers also did amazing work for which I am extremely grateful.</p> <p>I have never seen this level of service from anyone and would really like to praise him in the highest regard for this level of commitment and follow through!<br />He kept every promise made to me and has gone the extra mile to ensure that my needs are met!</p> <p>It’s this level of service that makes me believe there are actually service delivery in South Africa as long as you deal with a company who is committed to deliver on promises!<br />You are welcome to contact me should you require more details on the aforementioned.<br />I have been a client of Miway for almost nine years and I have not yet been disappointed, keep up the great work!</p> <p>Yours sincerely!</p> <p>Wessel Swanepoel</p>
