Amazing Service

I would like to commend Rachel Lewis at MiWay for amazing service. In general, dealing with call centers in South Africa is unpleasant. Most consultants sound like robots, and it is clear that they don't care about the quality of service they offer. I must commend her for the manner in which she assisted me today. She sounded like you genuinely cared, was very knowledgeable on what needed to be done to resolve my queries, and displayed an amazing sense of urgency. Within a minute of ending my call with her, I received the 2 e-mails she promised, and within 5 minutes, I received a call from the service provider to confirm that the repair had been authorized.<br> <br> MiWay is fortunate to have her on their team.
