Amazing service

I just had a conversation with Tebogo Pitjeng who assisted me with re-activating my policy .He is very polite and makes his responsibility to ensure that the customer/client has absolute comprehension of their cover. He is very patient and professional, its very rare that you find people that work in call centers that love their jobs. I can write a book about the insightful conversation we had about my policy but well, that's a story for another day. I believe that his team leader should watch out because well- He's coming for everything. If you cant give him a raise well at least give him a high 5 from me.:)
