Amazing Service!
On Saturday November 11, I had occasion to call MiWay to request assistance with a mechanical breakdown. I dealt with Patrick - an absolutely amazing Call Centre Agent - who promised to stay in touch with me until I was safely back in my home...but we all know that there is no value in promises made today. Well, Patrick proved me wrong! He kept me updated continuously as to who was coming to assist me (he even provided a cell number and registration number!), what time they would be there, etc. He finally called to check if I was safely home, which I also appreciated very much. Thank you, Patrick; your customer service is exceptional, and you made the whole process very easy - with no hassle to myself at all! 5-star service!
