A very special thanks and appreciation must go to Pieter Otto from the claims department who without a doubt went beyond the norm and expectation to assit me and my wife with a claim for our daughters phone.Thank you Pieter for never giving up on us and for consistently staying in contact with us and solving our problem as well as providing a solution with an amazing success rate and a smile (could here that from his voice tone).
