I spoke to Katlego with the intention of cancelling my insurance and she advised me not to cancel but to look at how they can save money for me and still keep my benefits, she then transfered me to Mapaseka who is her Senior who then went through my old contract with me and reduced my Premium, I now save R519 and my access is less by R1800 and I am happy, I am happy I made the call, Thanks to Katlego and Mapaseka .
