Amazing roadside assistance callout

I've called MiWay for roadside assistance in the past before, and the experience was smooth. My most recent call was all the more warmer. I logged a request through the app and - within literally a few seconds - I got a call back from someone who I initially thought was a friend based on how warm the greeting was, but shortly realised it was actually a MiWay agent who really made forget how annoying the situation with my car was because of how great my interaction with her was.

I had a total of 3 callouts that same day, two of which were handled by the same agent, with the same energy :). I felt like the agent actually cared about making my day!
