Amazing, prompt service

I was about to cancel my 6 year old policy due to a financial vacuum I have experienced lately. I wrote an email instructing myway to cancel the policy. A rep called Nox explained how my premiums cam be lowered and we both worked on the package I had and ultimately my premium was lowered. I am keeping the policy.
