Amazing job by Suzan

I would like to express my gratitude to Susan Baloyi who works in the liabilities department of Miway for her outstanding job in resolving my problem. I registered my case with Miway and when it was referred to her, she called me to explain the process she was going to follow to resolve the matter. She called regularly to give me feedback on progress of the case and if I called and didn't find her, she returned my calls. She treated me like a person that she is fami**** with and I felt like I have met her. This has been a very professional encounter and I congratulate her on a job well done.
