Amazing heart warming intervention

There was a miss communication between myself and Miway. My query my addressed by the wonderful lady called Innocencia Kgano. In her explanation she was able to clarify to me as an angry client as to how is my dissatisfaction incorrect from where i stand and how it is correct from their point of view.
