Amazing experience

A massive thank you to Taboho Moloi who saved me today. My car suddenly died on a very uncomfortable uphill and I was stuck. I called MiWay to tow me home and Taboho assisted in the most speedy and friendly way ever. I got my SMSs that help was on the way while I was talking to him on the phone. I kept getting calls from MiWay to confirm that help was on the way and in no time at all a very friendly gentleman arrived to help me. I got some calls again later to make sure everything was okay. When you get stuck it's a terrible feeling to start off with, but MiWay made me feel completely okay with the situation. It was so easy. Now if that's not caring service I don't know what is. A lot of companies can learn about good customer service from you guys. Thank you and I hope Taboho gets the recognition he deserves for being so amazing in a Sunday morning.
